Caring for Your Rudraksha

Rudraksha is a dried seed and responds to care like fine wood. Keep it away from harsh soaps, perfume and chlorine. Wipe after wearing. Every few months, a light coat of sandalwood or mustard oil, applied with a soft brush and left overnight, keeps the seed from drying. Re-string silk every one to two years.
